Certificate verification
When someone enters a valid certificate ID on our verification page, we show the student name, course, grade, academy and issue date. We do not show contact details, identity documents or any other personal information.
Sharing your information
We share information only with the Kalons academy or franchise partner handling your enquiry or admission, with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, messaging and payment providers), and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the website working, for example to protect forms from misuse. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months. Student and certificate records are kept for as long as needed to verify certificates and meet legal requirements.
