These terms apply to your use of this website and to enrolment in courses offered by Kalons International and its franchise academies. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to them.

Courses and admission
- Course content, duration, batch dates and fees shown on this website may change. The details in your admission form apply to you.
- Admission is confirmed only after the registration fee is paid and documents are verified.
- We may combine, reschedule or cancel a batch if there are not enough students. You can then move to another batch or receive a refund of fees paid for that batch.
Fees and refunds
- Fees are payable as set out in your admission form, in full or by agreed instalments.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- If you withdraw within 7 days of the batch start date, course fees paid (excluding registration and kit costs) are refunded. No refund is given after that.
- Kits once issued cannot be returned.
Attendance and conduct
Students need at least 80% attendance and must pass the practical assessment to receive a certificate. We may suspend or remove a student for misconduct, unsafe practice or harassment, without refund.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by Kalons International and carry a unique ID that can be verified on this website. Certificates remain our property and may be revoked if obtained through false information or misconduct.
Photos and student work
We may photograph or film classes and student work for training and marketing. Tell us in writing if you do not want your face shown and we will respect that.
Franchise information
Franchise information on this website is for general guidance only and is not an offer. Any franchise arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using this website
Website content belongs to Kalons International. You may not copy it for commercial use, misuse the certificate verification system, or attempt to disrupt the website.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee employment or earnings after any course. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
